Tata Sky — Charges on my tata sky service visit for connection [protected] | |||
Hi, I have requested service visit for no signal issues on on 7th june 2015, (SR[protected], they have visited my premises and told me that my wire is fault due to that no signal is coming, they have not checked setup box, i have argued that wire was working fine from last 4 year without any issue how this can be issue. He forced to to replace the wire. After changing the wire signal started, within 15 days i faced to many time issues in no signal even changing the wire, again i raised the complain they have visited my premises now they have found the issue in devices, i asked him why not previous executive not checked device before changing the wire I asked him actual problem was in device but executive changed the wire. connectivity in internal device was loose, if we slightly moving the setup box it was working some time not. both time they have charged for service visit and wire and device replacement. i have raised complain that my wire was in good condition why they have changed without verifying the devices, tata sky tele caller and complain department called me that his executive visit again at my premises to verify the old wire if found good charges will be reversed, they scheduled visit on 27/6/2015, work order no Iu8p1lz, this work order number never completed, i received message from tata sky "Hello, Your WO no.IU8P1LZdated 27/06/2015 12:27 has been cancelled. Please give us a Missed call on[protected] if you are still facing No Signal issues" i again missed call because service was not completed. I also called that without any intimation why my complain closed, executive told me they will verify and reversed. on 7/17/2015, i received message that charges will not reversed as communicated on 7/13/2015. but i asked him to call me but never received call. I am still ready to pay if i am wrong but if i am not wrong then i will never pay any amount. my contact no, [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||

Also adding 1 more thing, if you bought new devices and problem appear within 2 to 3 month, they will replace with third class devices. As they did this time with me.
