[Resolved] Tata Sky — Charging 125 for adapter which is under warranty | |||
Dear tatasky team i haven't seen worst customer service by your team. My name is hiralal pata and my tatasky i'd is - [protected]. When i upgraded my set top box to hd, i had informed by your team the set top box and adapter is under warranty. Within 2 months the adapter stopped working. I called up your tatasky team to replace it, as it is under warranty. But in reply they are asking to pay 125rs. So my question is where is your warranty? The market price for the same charger is 80rs. Thanks for showing your stupidity and false promise. Please deactivate my english channel pack and tatasky service too. If your adapter is under warentee period when it get repaired as well as replaced with cost of equipment is not fair. Because if any goods under warentee but repaired means its should be replaced without any extra cost. If you have the warentee papers for the equipment which was under repair and invoice copy for replaced product (Bill copy at the time of replacement) means file the case in consumer court and suite the legal notice to them. You may claim compensation against this also.
