Tata sky is charging engineer visit to resolve no signal issue. no signal is a tata sky's technical issue It should not resolve customer. It occur due to rainy season, env change. signal disconnectivity. Tata sky should not charge customer such charges. It is Tata sky's responsibility to resolve such issues. Tata Sky charging for customer's site visit for No signal has no meaning. Other customers have already expressed about this I am one other to get duped by TATA a sum of Rs. 170/= It is disgusting, TATA is a greedy company . I recommend all my friends not to get duped by subscribing TATA SKY.
