[Resolved]  Tata Sky — charging for equipment which does solve problem

My subscriber i'd is [protected] with registered under the name of gaurav dalan. I have been charges around 1300 rupees for sln and digi card replacement. Even after changing the sound problem with hd channels has not been resolved. And to my surprise they have charged for digi card even without informing me. The technicians have not been able to understand the problem and replaced the parts for which i had to pay. I have raised request for cancellation of my i'd
But want this 1300 back as to why should i pay if they are not able to solve my problem.
