I have taken the Tatasky connetion on 31st August from Pai International 100 feet road Indira nagar Bangalore.
Since Friday the 30th there was problem in my non HD Multi TV connection (2nd set up box)and I was not getting any kannada channels.I gave a complaint and a service man Vijai by name came and adjusted signal by turning the tatasky dish and made ready.For that he charged us Rs.170 and he says for each complaint Rs.170 will be deducted fro my account.But what is the guarantee period for your set up boxes.How can you charge for your free services.please make clear of it
