I have selected some below 100 channels as per new trai rules. Ncf for the same supposed to be 153/- (130+taxes) but tata sky is deducting 176/-. When i call and inquire about how many channels are subscribed for my account, they are failed to answer stating lame excuses such as application is down or they dont have access or disconnecting in middle of call (6 times call was disconnected in span of 2 hours).
One more note to mention, they are giving promo pack of fta channels contains 193 channels and stating it as mandatory. But as per trai only dd channels mandatory. But tata sky forcing me to select its promo pack (Fta promo has 193 channels) because of which i cant select my fta individual channels with in 100 channel ncf rate.
One more issue to mention, tata sky has provided package selection option just 1 week before its implementation and also no other mode to select (Customer care was not helping) because of which many users trying to reach site and always it give issues. Even now also it is not stabilized, getting lot of technical glitches. Even customer care not providing correct information. They are misleading the customers by giving incorrect information.
