Tata Sky — Charging reinstalltion charges for setting antenna at the same place within warranty period | |||
I purchased tata sky in April 2015. (Subscription Id [protected]) . Only a couple of months after installation, there started coming disturbace in the receiving of channels on t.v. There were several channels that dont come that are subscribed for. There were atleast 7- 8 complaints raised. Each time a technician visited my place to rectify the isuue. The used to do some setting in the antenna at the roof. but the problem was not resolved. And now they are saying that the antenna has not been installed properly and the problem can not be solved with the antenna at this place. They are telling that the antenna needs to be moved and i will have to pay the relocation charges for it. My question is that the first time, when i purchased the connection, why was the antenna not installed firmly and at the correct place. And if it is an installation fault by the tata sky technician and i am within warranty, why do i need to pay relocation charges at the same premises. The is really disappointing and am planning to discontinue the services if the problem is not resolved. because i dont expect such kind of behavior from a trustworthy organisation like tata.
