[Resolved]  Tata Sky — charging rs 300/- for door no update

I relocated to Gurgaon in the month of May 2019 and got my relocation re-connection done. Today 14th June 2019 as i am unable to view my TATASKY connection due to error "No signal" i made a request for technical support.
I received a call from the customer care today 14th June around 9.21pm from the number [protected] and while verifying my address he said my registered door number is 105. I said no its 101, only few weeks back my re-connection after relocation was done at the same address, my address was checked and re-connection was done, how can it be changed now.
Customer care person said to change this door number back from 105 to 101, i will be charged Rs.300/-. . This is ridiculous and absurd!

TATASKY nowadays are charging and deducting the amount without my knowledge for various reasons.

If you charge Rs.300/- for changing door no., which is your fault, i will cancel my connection.
