[Resolved] Tata Sky — charging to customer for own technical problem | |||
Tata sky charged for their own technical problem from customer. Customer was not able to view tata sky services due to cloudy atmosphere more that two days. After online complaining there was a call from representative who didnot asked faq to customer and even not tell that customer will be charged against this. On the same day when technical person was asking charges; this info was pass on by calling at cc number and still charges were auto debited from customers tata sky a/c without customers permission for tata sky own technical problem.
