I have subscribed for tatasky connection and got a subscription with no.[protected]. When the initial connection was done, we had opted for regional Malayalam, but we're only able to access asianet HD and no other channel. We had complained about this and a person had come but failed to provide result. Again we recharged for Rs.475 and complained about this non-availability . Now this person came and rectified it properly. For this particular service, the company has charged us Rs.600, inspite of confirming that no charges will be charged for this prior to doing work. Now after talking to your call centre helpline, we came to know that the service person has wrongly mentioned that there was a relocation of residence and relocation of television, which is a wrong information since we are staying here for more than 25 years and the location of television is same for last 10 years. We would like to know why this wrong billing is done and wrong information passed on by your employee and why are we charged when we confirmed with your call centre that there will be no charges for seeing / giving access to all the channels you paid for.
