Tata Sky — Cheated - deducted amount twice for the same issue and took 20 days to tight the dish antenna

This email is regarding incorrect charges deduced knowingly by tata sky.

I have registered a complaint (Ticket number# igovmra) to tata sky customer care on 5th june regarding no signal due to dish antenna was loose. The engineer came to fix next day and provided temporary solution, i asked to provide permanent solution but he said to come tomorrow (Sunday) to fix the problem as he was not having proper instruments to tight the dish antenna.

On monday i. E. 8th june, i got the sms from tata sky stated that issue resolved & ticket closed and changes of 170 / - is deduced for the same from my tata sky account. In this reference, i called to tata sky customer care and requested to reopen the ticket as i did not get the permanent solution.

They reopened my ticket with different ticket number# iib9giy and scheduled an engineer visit on 9th june to provide the permanent solution. I got the call from the engineer that he will be reaching at 11:00 am in the morning, i accepted and waited till 4:30 pm in the evening but no one came, during this time i was continuously following up with that engineer and every time i used to say “i am very near to you, reaching in 15 - 20 minutes”.
Due to this, i was unable to go to my office on time and faced trouble due to this. They deduced the changes of 200 / - again from my tata sky account for this revisit of engineer and i did not get informed regarding this deduction. If ticket was re - opened due to task was not done properly, then why tata sky changed extra amount for providing the permanent solution?

I called to tata sky customer care number to register my complaint to return cheated amount that company had deduced from my account i. E. 200 / - rupees. I am continuously following to tata sky and today (I. E. 22nd june) i got a sms from tata sky stated that the charges debited from my account are correct and will not be reversed.

To tight the tata sky antenna, company charged 170 + 200 = 370.
In this reference, below are the call details that i make to tata sky customer care.
During 5th june to 22nd june, i called to tata sky customer care many times and total call minutes was 146 minutes i calculated i. E. 2 hours and 26 minutes. Who will pay bill of this duration? Call logs are attached herewith.

First complaint was registered on 5th june and 22nd june is the day i am totally helpless, and writing this email to consumer court for justice. I have all the call details and sms as a proof.

I want company should return my lost time else they should pay of 2 lac rupees as penalty and cheating with customer. It is important because they are doing this type of cheating with every third innocent users. It will be a learning for the company.
