[Resolved]  Tata Sky — Cheating and Harassment by Tata Sky Binge Useless Product

This is the 2nd time i have been cheated by Tatasky which is your regular practice with all customers and only few of them raise a complaint to CEO Desk for justice.

On 28 Oct 2021 i have upgraded to Tatasky Binge from Tatasky HD and immediately credited Rs. 2000 in my Tatasky account. but i was shocked to see that the product result its 3rd class product. Your technician was present at my place and i showed all these error to hi, and he was satisfied with my errors below :

1. Very first i received a setupbox without any box and seal.
2. The speed of the product is very very slow and take too much time to start.
3. Voice command in remote is not working properly.
4. Search function is very very slow and too much time for search results. My internet speed is 100mbps - JIOFibre.
5. Your Tatasky Binge setupbox is also not compatible with JIO Fiber connection. Unable to see SSID in list.
6. The worst problem in setupbox is Youtube and other free android apps also its asking me for Recharge why ?

I have called so many times to customer care for resolution but no one visited my place even after my complaint, So finally i decided to Cancel this setupbox and install my HD box back.

Today its 03.11.2021 till not no one called me from your team and even i dont want this product anymore...

Iam a Software Engneer with a profession with good technical knowledge. I already have external android box wich is working much better than your 3rd class BINGE product than why to waste money if its not technically perfect. I will also appeal customer on TWITTER and share my bad experience with you TATA BINGE and request them not to buy such usless product and waste money.

So my request is to Cancel this Order and collect your setupbox with immediate effect. And Also Credit My 2000 Rs. back to my bank accont or Tatasky account.

I even complainted in NCH - National Consumer Helpline with registered complaint number and updated Tatasky CEODesk and finally i got a callback from CEODESK refusing for refund Even after knowing all facts and features about their faulty setupbox, Tatasky team is also mentally harassing me on phone calls instead of refunding back due to their faulty outdated technology box..

Need a Justice.
