Tata Sky — Cheating by Tata Sky Binge and Amazon Prime Video

I was offered a three months free subscription of Amazon Prime video with the subscription of Tata Sky Binge. However after two months they deducted an amount of Rs 129 towards monthly subscription of Amazon Prime Video. No one provided any clarification regarding the same upon complaining with Tata Sky Officials. At last they said that I should talk to Amazon Prime and they cannot do anything in this. What an attitude? They can deduct amount but can't refund.
Shame on you guys. How irresponsible you people are? You are cheating with people and bringing a bad name to Honourable Ratan Tata.
