After tata sky sales person convinced me on phone that i will get installation of tata sky new connection done within 24 hours in Bangalore, i paid full year package charge of 5850 rupees via credit card on IVR.

I got call from Tata Sky within five minutes saying that due to Local Cable Operator issue, installation can not be done. So i requested to refund full amount or do installation within 24 hours as it was promised. She promised to call me back in 10 minutes. It has been more than 24 hours now, and i have not got any callback.
Also, if Tata Sky can identify that installation cant be done within five minutes of payment, why do they promise for installation in 24 hours at the time of selling? Its a big cheating from Tata Sky.
I had to call tata sky 9 times today and had to wait more than 10 minutes every time. Despite that i could talk to customer care only thrice. On first two time, i was not offered any help. Only on third time, i could talk to floor supervisor. He told me that i have to get no objection certificate from Local Cable Operator!! On contacting my society manager, i got to know that no such approval needed in my society.
Tata sky is just trying to cheat/fool me. Yesterday, customer care promised me refund within 24 hours. Now no one is even bothered to respond my phone call on customer care. Full silence, no response at all when i call customer care.
I dont want any service from such unprofessional firm. You are creating a red spot on reputation of brand TATA. Kindly complete full refund process today itself. Was this information helpful? |
