[Resolved] Tata Sky — cheating, harassment and unauthorized charges | |||
I'm looted and harassed by tata sky on a monthly basis I'm being overcharged about 150 per month just because there is problem with the dish and say I subscribe to some of their service that I clearly have not. I don't have signal for over 24 hours because the technician is purposely disconnecting the dish and then repairs comes after 2 days to repair and takes 100 rupees.The technicians manage to loot me about 150 per month and always try to replace some part or the other. For example:they changed the digicomp adapter because there was no signal. I was charged 400 for this. This is become mental torture for me. Help me please. Even helpline person is saying technician should not charge 100 rupees if problem with dish every month. Please help or I shall close my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
