Tata Sky — Cheating my technicians | |||
My subscriber ID [protected]. Today I caught Tata Sky's cheap technician disconnecting my connection red handed. Few days back my Tata sky connection git disconnected and after many calls to Tata sky, a technician came after 5 days of no service. He then tells me that whole of my connection and wiring has been cut by someone. I had to pay him 200 rupees for restoring connection even 7 days of no TV, while still paying for it. Today while watching TV, my signal again suddenly disconnected with 0 signal. I rushed outside to investigate and found out a Tata Sky technician disconnecting my wires. Caught red handed. These jokers have crossed all limits of screwing business ethics. Was this information helpful? | |||

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will look into this issue and take strict action against the technician.
