I made a recharge of Rs 1360 on 24th feb 2017 through paytm.this package validity was for 6 months..so logically the package should be from 24th feb to 24th august. But on 14 april 2017 services were stopped they blocked all the channels. When i called in to customer service the guy said that the your due date is 27th june 2017. When i took that package for 6 months den why dere is cutshot of 2 months. He said because the package has been upgraded to Rs285 a month..but this is without my consent. They said there is no package available for 6 months for rs 1360 in the entire history.. i have attached the screenshot for the package which i have taken..den the call was transferd to some supervisor her name was pooja..she also kept on saying the same thing..
