Cheating on annual recharge Dear sir, 1. I am a tata sky user for some years. Lately I was out of station for more than a year. 2. On January 13/14th 2016 I received a call from some of your call centre that as I am an old subscriber there is a special scheme of annual recharge. 3. I asked him to get my HD box checked as I had not used it for a year. The gentleman told that you first deposit the amount and onlty then a complaint will be filed for checking the box. 4. I deposited Rs 1300.00 as demanded on on 15th January 2016 at 4.07 pm with my tata service provider. 5. As promised somebody came and told that HD box is not functional and has to be repaired. I asked him to do the needful. 6. Since then nobody has turned back. I was again out of town intermittently. 7. I did not expect this from Tata. 8.. You never wait even for 24 hrs for asking the money about recharge. 9. How could you remain silent when you can check from your records that my subscriber ID is not functional for the last six months. 10. Nobody in the country expects this from TATA. 11. I made this complaint on 5th June but it has fallen on deaf ears. I want following readdress of my complaint: a. My tata box be either changed or repaired with some guarantee. b. My annual recharge period start from the date it becomes functional. c. I expect this to be done ASAP. Tata is a company with fair trade practices.
