[Resolved] Tata Sky — Cheating on the name of Service

My subscriber id is [protected]. I recently got moved to new address and it took tatasky 3 days to come for installation. After doing the installation Non of my HD channels are working i.e there is no audio from any HD channels.I insisted the field eng. to fix this and to increase the signal strength which is below 50. But is refure to do that. When I complain to tatasky now they are saying that they will charge Rs 170 for the visit. What the H*ll is this?
They are charging Rs 125 for HD box, their eng. was not well trained and he did not completed his job then wht they are asking customer to pay extra money?
