They doe s not know how to talk with customers act like a rowdy, his name was madhu and is mobile no was [protected] This fellow telling nonsense thing for etc etc bill for other things and telling after installation is asking how much he told we have to give other then this fellow was telling that i will remove all thing i never see this type of person never before please take action above this person immediately.. I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter, take action against the installation engineer and resolve your issue.
