Tata Sky — chnage of customer ID & demand for subscirption payment | |||
we have been using TATASKY for the past 4 years. No complaints so far. But, since for the past 3 days there is a message indicating us to pay the subscription amount before 12th April. But we have recharged our account with Rs.550/- last week only and the next due is only in June 2015. When we referred our ID with our record with the one being shown in the a/c status, it differs. Our ID is [protected]. But the number shown is [protected]. We request you to rectify the error in the ID as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
