Dear sir,
Since last 10 days i am trying to get my secondary box deactivated.but company is not taking my request seriously.each time your executives ask me about my tata sky set top box no.and every time they assure me that my box will get deactivated in 24 hours.my subscriber i.d. is [protected].
Now i am totally exhausted by the way company is working.even i am thinking of changing my service provider also.i[censored] can solve this issue please get it done or else i will complain it in consumer forum.as well as i need my balance back in my account which company has charged for my secondary tv for last 10 days.
