Tata Sky — Company keeping untrained, ill-equipped and misbehaved technicians for service | |||
There was some problem with my tata sky HD connection. A technician came and straightway changed the box saying that it was defective. He did not convey anything else and went away without checking whether it was properly working. It was not working. Moreover service charges as well as new box charges were detected from my account. When I tried to contact them they did not come back for 4 days. I conveyed my displeasure to them. Now they wanted to harass me. An i'll behaved technician came back and told me your wire is defective and you have to change all the internal wiring, our work is over. I was not convinced I personally attached another step top box in the same wiring and it was working fine. My complaint is this. Tata sky is hiring ineligible and untrained staff they don't know their work.making wild guesses and causing harassment to customers Was this information helpful? | |||
