Tata Sky — Complain closure with out sending techincian & pathetic response at Call center

Hi, I m holding TATASKY connection at my home. From 45 days we are facing problem & none of the channels are working properly. Called CC several time, They are raising the complain & Same is getting closed with out technician visit ( they are closing complain that called up Customer & customer confirmed that issue is resolved.. However i have not received any call ). Today i have called CC 6 times pathetic response, none of them are transferring the call, Long hold & further disconnecting the call.. This is the great Services being provided to users by TATA SKY, I want this to be fixed by EOD else it would lead to severe consequences. Just a note ask your employees to wear the users shocks . So at least then can understand the pain.
