Tata Sky — Complaint about faulty set top box - Subscription ID [protected] | |||
Have been lodging complaints since 23 Jul 2015 morning. Despite being a customer for 5 years, Tata Sky just cant get my address right in the system. Over last two days, I have tried providing the right address five times and every time they assure me that this time they have changed the address in the system for the final time. Due to this address problem Tata Sky technicians mistakenly land up at some other corner of the city and ask for directions. The last 48 hours has been a frustrating experience and disappointing more so given the "reliable" name of Tata on the other side. Was this information helpful? | |||
