[Resolved] Tata Sky — complaint about the hd stb that restarts itself. | |||
I upgraded my tata sky standard box to hd stb last december (2018). Since the upgrade, my stb is either restarting by itself or getting stuck while watching tv. Complained as many as 5 times since then. An engineer visited each time changing lmb once, changing stb adapter once, took the stb for observation and said its fine. I seriously don’t understand why cant they just change the stb which is under warranty for an year. Called today to complain the same and the representative whom i spoke to says call us immediately when this occurs. I made him clear that i stay away from my home and my mom lives alone there. I cant go home for a month at least. But he says the same thing. And asked my mom to call when the problem occurs. How do i make him understand my mom cant make a call or select the correct options on the call n explain the problem to the next available representative! Im still not getting what is the problem for the guys to just change the stb! Was this information helpful? | |||

It's has being complaing since one month so have many complain number eg1PTF055U.till date problem still not resolved
