I want to highlight the degree of customercare service rendered by tatasky. I m facing problem of interruption in transmission for quite some time i.e. while programme is on in between it gets disturbed the system goes off and window appears "No Signal" . I hv requested no. of times( latest being 5th -16th June) to depute repeesentative to site to rectify the issue with dish or setup box. i hv been told that visit of representative will be visiting fee/charge. I m a loyal customer of Tata Sky HD for over 4 years. I m surprised to know that for rendering any site service to the properitory equipment of Tatasky a customer has to pay the charges. I hv tried to discuss this issue with sr person but no one attended this the person syaing that they r busy on other line. despite requsting that a call can be given on my mobile no one has bothered to do so.
I apprciate you r no.1 but how ur sure that u will remain inthis crown position with this quality of service to a loyal customer like me.
