Dear Tata Sky Customer Care, I am the customer since two years of the TATA Sky and have got two connections at my home. I have requested to Customer Care four times in two week to stop my secondary (second setup box) connection for my ongoing board exams. Your Customer Care Officer very soft spoken and well behaved. But they are not able to complete my request. It is very very embarassing, I have requested 20 times to block my secondary connection for three months. NO ACTION HAS BEEN TAKEN. PLEASE SEND CONTACT DETAILS OF YOUR HIGHER AUTHORITIES I WANT TO SHARE THIS BAD EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR SENIOR OFFICIALS. You are not reliable Was this information helpful? | |||
