Tata Sky — Complaint for charges | |||
Dear Sir I wish to register complain Service charges. My Subscriber ID is [protected]. I am using Tata Sky DTH service since last 2 years. Before some time Tata Shy has changed its Set-Top Box and it's software. After change of Set-top bow I am unable to view News Channels particularly DD News. When I made complain about the problem to Tata Sky, they told me that it is Technical Problem and they will charges for that. It is your duty to provide proper services to subscriber so that they can view channels properly. Yesterday whle making complain about the problem, I talked with your senior officer regarding charges and he also agreed and told me that he is putting remarks about not to charge any amount. Even though the technicial who came at my how insists on signing for charges and started to quarrel. The behavier of the technicial was so rude and he does not know how to behave with senior citizen . Alternately when I asked your representative on phone to close my account and refund me the credit balance; she also told that they will also charge for that.
