Tata Sky — COMPLAINT- my Subscriber I.D. [protected] | |||
I have been making annual payment regularly for the package being availed by me. On 11th February 2015 I received a call from Tata Sky offering me two channels nos.358 and 360 both together for Rs.114/- for one month and requested to please try the said channels. The person further said that in case I am interested in continuing the said two channels beyond one month I must forward a request and thereafter the charges will be higher. I was not willing to take those channels even for one month but on the request I consented to try for one month. After one month I started getting SMS on my cell phone and also the message on the TV Screen that I should clear the additional charge for the said channels. On 30th March 2015 I contacted your no. and spoke to one Ms.Vidya. I told her my problem. She promised me that the channels are disconnected and I will not receive the message henceforth. I continued to receive SMS and therefore contacted again on your toll free no.[protected] on yesterday i.e. on 14th March 2015 but I kept holding but nobody spoke to me. Then I gave a missed call on[protected] and I received a call from you today. One Mr.Laxman spoke to me and told me that you have to pay Rs.114/-. Thereafter we immediately paid Rs.120/- online. After payment of the said amount of Rs.114/-, I contacted again on [protected] for stop sending SMS or message on TV Screen as a payment of Rs.120/- for that one month is already made and channels after that months are already withdrawn. Thereafter we contacted thrice and were made to hold on 20-20 minutes each time without any responsible reply. The persons whom we spoke to are Mr. Raju Prasad, Mr.Sayyad and Mr.Harshal Dhillon. Please stop sending SMS to us for these additional channels and payment thereof as you have already received the said payment failing which we will be constrained to file a complaint in consumer court entirely at your risks at to the costs and consequences which you may please note.
