Please refer to your various mobile messages to resolve the problem of no signals in set top box of Tata sky at my residence. the work order No. NS[protected] is still pending. I am receiving only messages that your technical team will contact for solving the problem. However for last one week I am receiving only messages but the problem remained as it is.
