[Resolved] Tata Sky — complaint of no signal not attended for last 8 days despite repeated reminders | |||
I made a complaint of NO SIGNAL on 14th July. In the chat conversation had on 14th July, I explained in detail to your customer care executive that this no signal problem happened every now & then for almost 5 times in last one year. Every time I got it attended personally by paying directly to tatasky technician Mr. Prajapati through my personal expenses. But, problem was never rectified permanently. This all things I explained in my chat conversation on 14th July that how your technicians are extorting money from customers and that's why they are not attending it permanently. You can refer chat conversation. I was assured by Tatasky customer care executive that complaint will be attended on 14th July. But, the compliant was not attended. Hence, further on 17th July I made again complaint that my complaint was not attended. I received a SMS that complaint will be attended on 18th July. But, again complaint was not attended. Again, on 18th July, I made complaint that my complaint was not attended. I received a SMS that complaint will be attended on 19th July. Since, 14th July, My complaint is still NOT ATTENDED. ALSO, THERE WAS NO RESPONSE & FEEDBACK FROM TATASKY. Such unprofessional, customer-unfriendly, irresponsible & totally unresponsive behaviour was never expected from company of repute like Tatasky. ANYWAYS, ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. NOW, I AM DISCONNECTING MY TATASKY CONNECTION PERMANENTLY AND I WILL TAKE SOME CABLE TV CONNECTION. BUT, I AM GOING TO MAKE A COMPLAINT AGAINST TATASKY IN CONSUMER FORUM & ALSO SPREAD WORD IN SOCIAL MEDIA ABOUT UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES BY TATASKY, FOR CAUSING ME MENTAL TORTURE, TRAUMA, FRUSTRATION & HYPERTENSION; AND I WILL DEMAND A COMPENSATION ON THIS ACCOUNT. Is there anybody in Tatasky who can see this nonsense going on I am continuously following up for attending to my complaint since 14th July, without any response from tatasky. Every morning I am receiving a message that my complaint will be attended on that day...but, after that no response on that day... when I follow up with them.. then in the every evening I receive messages that my complaint will be attended next day. This is happening for last 8 days. This is just beurocratic behavior and red tapism. Can anyone explain me this unprofessional, customer-unfriendly, unethical behavior of tatasky They are supposed to be punished with heavy compensation for mental torture to me for last 8 days. And despite my such serious complaint, nobody had ever tried to call me to resolve my complaint. Was this information helpful? | |||
