Tata Sky — Complaint pending since 25th august

I don't know Wether my problem with tata sky will be adhered somewhere or not..but trying is my right. ...I made a complaint on
25th August for my tata sky box receiving no signals via complaint no. R4160W9. Technician came and replace our box with a repaired box next day and for this tata sky charged me rs. 200 for technician visit and rs. 600 for repaired box with only one month guarantee.
On 26th Aug I again made a complaint for the box being faulty as it kept on switch on and off all by itself at least 8-9 times .vide complaint no. R4N9GY4. After technician visit my box was again changed on 28th or 29th aug. Till the time we hardly watched TV due to set top box malfunctioning. ..
On 30th August I again complained for the box as it was not receiving audio...vide complaint no. R807IBB..This time I tried to contact someone at managerial level but was not able to as customer care executive was not able to pass my call to higher desk due to their buziness...and I was assured a call back...
Adding to my worst condition I didn't got any call back till date...
On 2nd sept I again made a complaint vide complaint no. RAE1SEL..by 9 pm approx.that day I was made to talk someone called floor incharge at the toll free no. I called up...
Again adding a little more to my apthy my complaint no. Was cancelled same night within 1 and a half hour...without any resolution. ...
Being patient customer I again called up on 7th sept to lodge another complaint no...REQOZOA and was able to talk to Mr. Rajiv Dwarka new Delhi head for complaints. He assured me of a defiinate solutions ..but on 8th September I received 3 calls from TataSky office and all were forcing me to let my call get cancelled. ..when I resisted they told me that my call will be put on hold. ...I agreed but comically I got a msg that my complaint got cancelled. ...
If TataSky people have to cancel customer call on their own then what's the fun of calling customer. ...
Again I called up Mr. Rajiv and I forced them to forward my complaint on higher level and get me a new box as all the repaired boxes were giving problems...I was and am ready to pay for new box...but there is no policy that I could get a new box...
He again assured me for a resolution. ..and a call back by himself...but I got no reply for 2 days...
I again called up Mr. Rajiv but to my suprise he didn't even remember my case...I once again told him my case and he assured me of call back in few minutes. ...I think u people better understand now...I waited for call...long long long...
I again called up Mr Rajiv on Sunday and we came on a mutual decision that he ll send me a repaired box but of good condition ...With due respect he asked me if I can wait till Monday i. E. . 12th September ..I agreed...
To day I tried calling Mr Rajiv. ...but my call was not picked. ...again I tried ...His phone is going unreachable...now Pl. Can anybody help me where should I go for this irresponsible beheviour of company and its officials...

I’d suggest you to provide your subscriber ID here so that they can get in touch with you. I once faced an issue where I paid for the package amount but my account was de-activated. I too made the complaint here and tata sky immediately responded to it. All I had to do is submit my subscriber ID. They resolved my issue by activating my account and providing for the days I was unable to view television. I am sure they will look into your matter and resolve your issue.
