[Resolved]  Tata Sky — complaint regarding installation of new connection of tata sky

I booked the new tata sky connection to their representative who came at my shop as a general sales marketing on dated[protected]Friday) and i had been told that with 2-3 days after generating of my id the dish will be installed at my home.
But due to sat and sunday in between
My id generated only on[protected]Wed)
And also i got the message that tommorrow means on 28 i will get the phone for appointment for installation of disk...
But when i enquired on 28 about at what time i will get the phone for installation fixing i had been told by the customer care representative that ur id is showing that u have cancelled the request since your tv is not ready, where as the fact is no such type of request was made by me.
So finally again i had been told that tommorrow means on 01-03installation team will install the dish after taking the appointment but again on 01-03-19 when i asked that at what time i will receive the call than again i had been told that your request for installation status is showing as cancelled so i talked to seniors named pushpa at 2.00 p. M and she assured me that with in 2 hours i will receive the call of the installation team and the matter is under her supervision but i had not received the call till 4 than again when i called i had been told that with in 15 minutes i will receive the call and madam pushpa didn't come on the line but till 7 nobody called and again when i called and insisted the executive to speak with some senior than i had spoken with mr. Chandan that too after half hour of hold (I have the screen shot of the phone) and finally i had been told that today means sat[protected] till now i. E 2.00 p. M no body have spoken with me meanwhile yesterday and today i have received the call from no.[protected] but when i say hallo than nobody speak with me and when i dial this no than nobody pick the phone after ringing of the phone line gets disconnected...
So it is my request to the seniors that kindly look into the matter at the earliest because they must have the recording with them and enquire that who is responsible for this type of senirio...
And who is spoiling the image of the tata company.
