Tata sky complaint status update [id: 2255386]
Sir/madam...
The havoc experience of my with tata sky even did not last even yesyerda dated 2-3-19 the day on which they had to install the dish at my home...
In the morning i had received the sms that installation team will call in between 17.00- 19.00 p. M and their customer care was also saying that in the meantime they will call because since it was the time of about night soni was doubtful...
Any way about at 4.30 p. M one mr. Mehul called up me and confirmed my address and tolde that within half an hour he is coming to install the dish for the new booked connection so accordingly i told ok no problem meanwhile i am also reaching at the home since my wife was alone at the home so accordingly within half an hour i reached at the home but when no body came till 5.30 p. M i called up mr. Mehul (Mobile no. [protected]) and told him that i have come from my work and waiting for him but he told me that as per the instructions of his senior mr. Hariom ([protected]) i have been moved to some other area for installation and somebody else will come at my house on his bahlf meanwhile he suggested me to call mr. Hariom and talk to him in this regard so i called up to mr. Haroon so many times but he was not picking up my phone...
After some time again i got one sms that your installation is on hold..
Screenshot of concerned matter like timing given and another sms that my installation is on old and call details along with full call log details are attached..
Hope some seniors will approach me for in-depth enquiry..
