I am not able to view all channels for what I am paying to Tatasky around 2 months . For few channels “receiving the message from TataSky that not receiving signal". When I complain in Tata Sky then their representative told me to pay 170 Rs for the visit of engineer but I objected to pay because this is the fault of tatasky because few channels are clear and I am suffering since two months and they are not ready to file my complain. Sometimes they cut my call.In last call I reuested to transfer my call to senior person but he was not ready to transfer and finally he told me that he will arrange call back after 10 minutes from their senior but still not received after 3 days.
