Tata Sky — Complete harassment in spite of paying full relocation charge - (Subscriber id no. [protected] | |||||
I am the resident of Ahmedguda Village, Kessara Mandal, Ranga Reddy Distrect, Nagaram. Few days back, on Tuesday, 16/02/2016, one of the TATA Sky Engineer, Named Mahesh ( [protected] ), came to my flat to get TATA sky disc connected and after completion of work he charged Rs. 350, but we gave him Rs. 250, since I have been already told by the TATA Sky Customer care ([protected]) that I had to pay Rs. 200 for relocation charge. Few days back, I recharged Rs. 260 on 17/02/2016 and based upon the conversation(on 19th Feb) with the customer care till now I have having Rs. 220 balanced left and the due date is March 15th, 2016. But, all on a sudden, today on 20/02/2016 when I checked in my TV, it is still showing Rs. -54 instead it should be Rs. 195 because based upon TATA SKY Work Order No. MVTQ4F5 I have to pay Rs. 275 that means extra Rs. 25 I have to pay which is due therefore now my present balance should be Rs[protected] and due to date should be March 15, 2016, instead of Rs. -54. Now my question is that when I will get my balance Rs. 195 back ? When the customer like me has been stopped harassing from Tata Sky agencies ?. Was this information helpful? | |||||
