Tata Sky — Complianed for NS | |||
From last month I am facing No signal problem. I register my complain by SMS and by miss call also. My Oder id is : NS[protected] But what I get, just text messages saying my request is on process and technician will visit soon. But no one ever show up. When I called to customer care, they said they don't have any information about technician visit. and they always said this will resolve today only. But that today never came. Now I completely frustrated and irritated with your services and customer care. I really don't mind loosing my installation charges or whatever I spend on Tata Sky services. I will understand if you guys are not able to resolve this issue because of any reason. Please let me in case you guys are not able to fix this issue. But I sadly want to convey my bad experience with your services and customer care. This is most unprofessional behavior I have seen in this industry. Was this information helpful? | |||
