Dear sir We have lodged a complaint for tata sky connection [protected] regarding non receiving signal on dtd.19.2.2016 against complaint no.MY6QY6T.You nothing told me regarding service charge. Your person came on 20.02.2016 and also not told regarding any service charges.After attending complaint he made a bill of rs.170/-and I objected that without information you can not charges.I talked to your service provider and he agreed and told me to write my objection on job card. I clearly written Still than without my authentication to day i received a message that you deducted rs.170/- from my account. It is clear cheating and you have deducted my money without authentication. Kindly returned my amount rs.170/- in my account otherwise the connection may deemed to surrender as a result of cheating to your client and misusing my money and breech of trust. I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky's support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [protected]@tatasky.com or call their helpline number at [protected]. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in in attending your grievance and resolving your issue.
