[Resolved] Tata Sky — connection not working but recharge period is still not over.

Last recharged on 25-aug-2017 but my connection is not working for last 3-4 days & again they are asking for recharge. My question is when this recharge is valid for 30 days why they are disturbing us like this.
Please contact me on [protected].
My request is my connection should last 30 days & waiver should be given for those days which were lapsed.

Updated by satmo87 After submitting this complain I have received a call from [protected] & calling person said he is from CONSUMER COMPLAIN TEam & offered me a free connection till the end of 2017 on my tata sky DTH recharge which will cost me 10 rupees only & then he asked for my Credit/Debit card number,
What is all this b######.
All these are Fake.
