Tata Sky — Connection not working for Subscriber ID [protected]

I had subscribed for add on connection recently. This connection is not working since so many days and I have been trying to contact your customer service numbers since about a month but every time I call no one comes on line even after holding for 40 mins. Atleast four times I have held the call and finally disconnected after long wait in the absence of any revert. I also chose for a call back twice and both the occassion the executive who called was just fullfilling the formality of calling without understanding the real issue. I have been paying for two connection when one of them is not even working. I want you to restore the connection and credit my account for the subscription amount charged during the period of inactivity.
Also, I had to add some channel on to by base pack(ala card) but I am not able to do so in the absence of any response from your customer services. I have waited for very long and will be forced to switch my operator if I don't get positive revert. Thanks. Kiran [protected]
