[Resolved]  Tata Sky — customer care & after sales service

My tatasky subscriber id : [protected].
At faridabad:-
On a defective signal they had changed my old tatasky set top box (Old but was in running condition) on 07/07/2017- stating that the new box carries the guarantee; tata sky charged me the visiting fee & the cost of the new box in replacement; then after a few days there was “ no signal ” problem with the newly replaced box and i raised a complaint on 29.09.2017 & they are asking me to pay again the visiting charges. When contested about the new box under warranting, they have refused to diagnose without the visiting charges.
Fed up with the recurring poor performance by them i had sought refund of the ‘paid subscription, thereby doing away with them; then on 30.09.2017, a call came from a gentle lady-repeating the demand of visiting charges;
Now the question arises as to why & how long will the loot the customer by frequently visiting to repair their bad product with a manufacturing defect?
Being an engineer, i can make out, whether the fault is on the product & servicing;
Therefore, through this potent forum, i do request to get me the refund of the paid amount due up to nov 2017 & circulate to general public to be aware of very poor ‘after sales service with poor products marketed by them;

Between the Time of speaking to them -First Time on 29.09.2017 and till yesterday there has had been at least 05 calls from different numbers from Hyderabad, Mumbai, Bangalore- repeatedly asking me the details of the nature of the complaint [As stated in my complaint to you too] & pressurizing me to accept visiting &/ or charges of the change of Set –Box, if required, which I have been contesting that, rather respectfully;
Then-there was a call from Mumbai No. [By a learned lady], asking me to withdraw my request for Cancellation of the Connection, offering -if visited & repaired- to which I had agreed & submitted:
“that `It's not easy for a Normal Customer to seek cancellation, thereby wasting the existing Set-up-box & then pay for new connection by a different Service Provider”, besides risking my BALANCE with them;
But this was short lived since another gentleman called me [After about 12 hours of the above stated talking by the Gentle Lady] & that pretending not to count that talk and to `seek the same old style of asking about the complaint [Asking me to repeat my Complaint and seek Charges]- I did ask him, if they had NO Track of conversation by at least FIVE persons fr M/S Tata Sky- to which he showed- Ignorance;
After having come to Know their poor tracking, the Lack of Cohesion among their own people within M/S Tata Sky & that for their unwillingness to look in to my genuine complaint & that for the non- effectiveness of writing to your forum too-PAID to a Technician of another SOURCE to get the job- done;
But by the above stated has exposed their weakness & unwillingness to cater to their Customers, besides seeking details of Complaint by different Persons-possibly an attempt to `Feed words in mouth';
They must improve to talk -to improve their attitude &/ or to give Free or charge a Token fee of Max Rs.50/ of Service Fee. Knowing their poor tracking & the Lack of Cohesion among their own people within M/S Tata Sky & that for their unwillingness to look in to my genuine complaint, I PAID to a Local Technician of another SOURCE;

But by the above stated has exposed their weakness & unwillingness to cater to their Customers, besides seeking details of Complaint by different Persons was possibly an attempt to `Feed words in my mouth';

They must improve to talk and to improve their attitude &/ or to give Free or charge a Token fee of Max Rs.50/.
