My id is [protected] as a facing some technical issues since afternoon spoke to agent they said they will send technician by tomorrow but before that I was asked to do certain settings from my tv but my screen got stuck on that particular page as I was asking your agent it's not going am not able to change the tv he asked me to switch off my tv till tomorrow and when I asked him the same he said yes and banged the phone on my face. This is how you people treat your customers? It's really very disappointing and disgusting that you people hire such illiterate people to talk to your customers. I had called at 2038 and spoke to Mr. Amit from pune call center. I would really appreciate if you look into this matter.
