I have been calling the customer care for the past 3 days but neither am I being able to connect through nor have I received a call back in spite of leaving a request. On 3 Nov I held the line for 11 mins in the first instance and then for 17 mins but have not got through as yet. What type of customer care is this? Diplorable. Would request a call back to [protected] urgently.
