[Resolved] Tata Sky — customer care executives are disconnecting after putting call on hold for 30 seconds

I have bought tata sky connection in the year 2015. By approximate one year, the set top box started rebooting for every 10-15 minutes. One of the engineer visited the place informed to change the box. I agreed and he changed the box and i charged 600rs for visit and set top box. After approximately 6-8 months, i started facing the same issue again and complained on 30th dec 2017. Engineer visited my place and took over the box to his office for testing purpose. He came back on 31st dec around 5:30pm and told me that the box is good. After he left my home the issue started again and i immediately called cc and asked to reopen the case. The executive on the call said he did it and i was in a state that i will get a call from the engineer till today (2nd jan 2018). No one turned up.

Here is the issue with cc:
I called for the status that i given on 31st evening.
1) called asked the status and explained my issue and he asked to put the call on hold for 30sec. After 30 sec it got disconnected.
2) called again to cc and explained about the issue and asked to put the call on hold for 30sec and transfferred the call to some one and he asked to put the call for 45sec and it got disconnected.
3) called again to cc and explained about the issue and i only asked to transfer the call to some senior person and call transfferred, spoke to the senior person and he also asked to put the call for 45sec and disconnected.

i didnt get any update from tatasky and it is marked as resolved. no once contacted me also.
