[Resolved] Tata Sky — customer care service | |||
1. There is no rain in mumbai, but i have no signal - why??? 2. Requested for service - wo no#15qj05ug dt 19.6.18 3. The back end service team called 4 times in a quick succession while i was on another urgent call. 4. Subsequently i called 9 times over a period of 1 hour, their no is always busy 5. Each time i lodge a complaint - i get numerous messages & calls fro tatasky but not from the backend service team 6. The back end service team in my opinion is totally unprofessional & giving tatas a bad name. This is my experience from the last 3 years. 7. I think it is time to switch my service provider.
