Dear Sir, We herewith inform you that we could not receive your satellite signal by 31.03.2015 onwards. The same problem has occurred last month also and there was nearly 1 week no signal condition. This was informed to your local technician, but they simply said to send SMS as NS to 56633 and there is no response till date. With out any prior information, your No 1 organization( TATA SKY ) done some mistakes causes so many embarrassment to public & consumer.
