I am a tatasky subscriber, having mobile number [protected], Customer id - [protected]. I have been trying to complain from a really long period of time, but there is no one from tatasky who has taken an initiative to help. I am very dissapointed. Well, my problem is that there are some channels like &tv, Zindagi, 9xm, Aaj tak and many other channels which aren't available. This isn't something new, it has been happening since 15-20 days. And the number which you people had provided mentioning that they might help us out just by giving a miss call NEVER SHOWED UP.What's even wrong with you people, why have you kept and provided customer care numbers when we aren't able to contact them and all what they ask us to do is dial 1, 2, 3, 4.. and even after we follow as they say.. we do NOT get a positive response. WE DO NOT GET WHAT WE WANT OR ARE SEARCHING FOR. I request you to look into my problem and try resolving it. Or else I might not hesitate to unsubscribe or go to the consumer court and file a complaint against tatasky. Please treat this as an urgent and do the needful at the earliest.
