[Resolved]  Tata Sky — customer id - [protected] - amount wrongly debited from my account

My set top box remote control failed so had to order a replacement. I was told to pay rs.200 as cost for replacement which i did promptly on 12th october on the same day that the technician arrived. On 28th october my account had been debited by rs.375. When i looked up my transaction statement it mentioned "handling charges for remote". This was ridiculous so i called up the customer care numbers only to be told that the amount would be refunded from the "back end" office - whatever that means. I have given several complaint requests, my service request numbers are

10v2ys4d dated 28th october and
10yb2vf2 dated 1st november.

But so far no credit has been given in my account and my account has been suspended. I was told by the operator that i had to activate my account by depositing an amount greater than rs.106. I re-activated my service by depositing rs.120 but again so far my excess charge of rs.175 has still not been credited.

Kindly look into this complaint as it has been pending since over 5 days.
