From last two i am feeling suffocation regarding response to customer complaint.last year while we ask for advantage of once in a year holiday leave for tata-sky service, there response were not suitable to the level of TATA . This year once again without charging on due date i went for holiday, my Tata - sky connection was not disconnected and while i return after fifteen days i was still on .while they connected me i told them the story but every time they insist me on recharge without agree about their behaviour.
